Join a woman-owned company specializing in professional mulch installation using EB-60 Express Blower Trucks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and working at different job sites.
No prior experience required—training, uniforms, and safety gear are provided.
Pay
- $18–$25 per hour (based on performance)
- Pay increases as you develop skills and demonstrate reliability
What You’ll Do
- Assist with mulch installation using blower truck systems
- Load, unload, and move 4” diameter hoses across job sites
- Set up and break down work zones and staging areas
- Clean job sites using handheld and backpack blowers
- Support crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL is a plus and offers higher earning potential
