General Laborer – Training Provided

Join a woman-owned company specializing in professional mulch installation using EB-60 Express Blower Trucks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and working at different job sites.

No prior experience required—training, uniforms, and safety gear are provided.

Pay

  • $18–$25 per hour (based on performance)
  • Pay increases as you develop skills and demonstrate reliability

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with mulch installation using blower truck systems
  • Load, unload, and move 4” diameter hoses across job sites
  • Set up and break down work zones and staging areas
  • Clean job sites using handheld and backpack blowers
  • Support crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
  • Dependable and safety-focused
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • CDL is a plus and offers higher earning potential
